What you will do

• Lead full BW on-prem to BW/4HANA migrations, managing the actual delivery on the customer side.
• Implement migrations using Shell Conversion, Remote Conversion, or In-Place Migration tooling.
• Design BW/4HANA data models utilizing aDSO, CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views.
• Optimize SAP HANA performance through partitioning, indexing, and memory management.
• Manage the transition from BEx to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting.
• Define data architecture standards, including naming conventions and layering (acquisition, transformation, consumption).

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading at least one full BW to BW/4HANA migration.
• Deep technical expertise in BW/4HANA data modeling and SAP HANA optimization.
• Strong understanding of RISE with SAP commercial and technical models, BTP, and managed cloud.
• Proficiency with BW/4HANA Cockpit and the Migration Workbench.
• Experience managing SAP as a vendor, including engagement with SAP support and CoE.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of SAP Datasphere architecture, including Spaces and Data Flows.
• Knowledge of Data Products concepts and data mesh patterns.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration with Datasphere.
