What you will do

• Execute full 360 local marketing strategies, both online and offline, including events, partnerships, CRM, user lifecycle, SEO, and ASO.
• Secure external marketing acquisition and existing user retention.
• Hyper-localize content across blogs, CRM, and announcements to drive cultural adoption.
• Manage social media channels and engage with the community, including hirify.global Angels, KOLs, and partnerships.
• Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
• Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred).
• Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing.
• Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.
• Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
