What you will do
- Execute full 360 local marketing strategies, both online and offline, including events, partnerships, CRM, user lifecycle, SEO, and ASO.
- Secure external marketing acquisition and existing user retention.
- Hyper-localize content across blogs, CRM, and announcements to drive cultural adoption.
- Manage social media channels and engage with the community, including Angels, KOLs, and partnerships.
- Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred).
- Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing.
- Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.
- Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
