What you will do

• Develop robust and scalable C++ applications for industrial machines and automation platforms.
• Design and implement software components using modern programming principles, including Python where applicable.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into efficient and maintainable software architectures.
• Integrate software modules with machine control systems and hardware environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously optimize existing software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as electrical engineering, mechanical design, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in C++ development and Python programming.
• Experience in object-oriented design and software architecture.
• Fluent English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (~25%).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with industrial software or automation environments.
• Knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal).
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. PROFINET, OPC UA).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
