What you will do

• Implement new test scenarios for consumer electronics using proprietary frameworks.
• Automate physical interactions with devices under test using external hardware test fixtures.
• Maintain and enhance hardware test fixtures and system scalability.
• Troubleshoot test failures across software scripts, physical rigs, and device firmware.
• Document bugs and track progress using Jira and GitLab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer smart hardware experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Bratislava, Slovakia (3 days/week in office).
• Proven background in writing automated test scripts with strong Python proficiency.
• Understanding of basic electronics, including schematic reading and multimeter usage.
• Experience with Linux/Raspberry Pi systems and embedded system development.
• Familiarity with camera-based validation, OCR, and scripting interactions with external peripherals.
• Strong English communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents (e.g., Copilot).
• Knowledge of industry automation and agile methodologies.
