What you will do

• Develop embedded features for Vehicle Access focusing on security, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement phone-as-key features and system-integrated components.
• Maintain embedded C/C++ and Rust code for safety-critical applications.
• Utilize UWB, NFC, and security protocols to ensure secure vehicle access.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex engineering challenges in the embedded domain.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in embedded system development.
• Strong expertise in C/C++.
• Experience with security-critical systems, networking, and protocol development.
• Strong understanding of vehicle security and related standards.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, for international collaboration.

• Experience in automotive access systems and security protocols.
• Previous experience leading technical projects or mentoring other engineers.
