What you will do

• Define and execute the creative strategy, determining angles, formats, and audiences for testing and scaling.
• Lead and develop three cross-functional teams (creative production, design, automation) totaling 20+ people.
• Build scalable creative processes and testing frameworks to produce reliable data signals.
• Implement AI and automation strategies to increase creative output without proportionally increasing team size.
• Collaborate with media buying, product, and analytics teams to align output with business priorities.
• Drive R&D in emerging creative formats and production approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional creative teams, including team leads.
• Deep expertise in performance creative for web-to-app subscription products and optimization under platform constraints.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to read data, form hypotheses, and validate through experiments.
• Strategic understanding and hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
• Ability to maintain clarity and ownership of outcomes during strategic transitions and uncertainty.
• Direct and structured communication style with the ability to break down complex problems.
