What you will do

• Launch and scale advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, Spend, and LTV.
• Generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to propose and refine ad creative ideas based on performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive manual tasks.
• Proactivity, speed, and strong organizational skills.
• English: Intermediate (B1) level is a plus.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely.

Nice to have

• 6–12+ months of experience in advertising.
• Understanding of basic metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM.
• Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
