What you will do

• Develop and grow the affiliate direction on TikTok, building scalable processes from the ground up.
• Design and refine the affiliate model, including collaboration mechanics and incentive structures.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify growth drivers and continuously optimize results.
• Manage outreach, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration with a wide network of creators.
• Research TikTok trends, viral hooks, and content formats to scale engagement.
• Leverage AI tools for research, outreach, and process automation across daily workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals, funnels, and unit economics.
• Hands-on experience scaling collaborations with creators or running paid acquisition on TikTok.
• Expertise in TikTok and UGC content formats, hooks, and conversion drivers.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or influencer marketing infrastructure.
• Exposure to the US market and US-based creator ecosystem.
• Background in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer product growth marketing.
