What you will do

• Lead monthly and annual planning cycles, managing end-to-end EBIT and collection forecasting for the Commercial BU.
• Present budget, forecast, and outlook results to China finance leadership and BU management.
• Conduct weekly landing estimates to ensure forecast accuracy and early identification of risks and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis versus budget and prior periods to explain key drivers and business impacts.
• Deliver financial evaluations including profitability, ROI, and cash impact for ad-hoc business requests.
• Act as the primary finance focal point for the Sales team to support day-to-day and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to conduct deep variance analysis and financial assessments of new business models.
• Experience in managing customer collections and enhancing cash flow.
• Must be located in Shanghai, China.
