What you will do

• Act as a technical bridge between internal engineering and client IT/DevOps teams.
• Plan, install, and integrate Taurus solutions in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
• Deliver professional services including product customization, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
• Define requirements, design features, and develop roadmaps for clients.
• Advocate for customer needs and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to partners and clients.
• Organize and improve technical and user documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience integrating products using APIs, Kubernetes, and network debugging in complex environments.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with corporate IT frameworks including virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
• Knowledge of SQL and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers.
