What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US and EU teams to coordinate project tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of Senior Operations Executives and Operations Executives to drive excellence and accountability.
• Oversee the development and quality control of administrative outputs, including screeners, discussion guides, and analysis plans.
• Optimize work allocation and resource utilization to support business objectives.
• Independently manage 1-2 projects while balancing overall team leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a market research agency across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing teams and ensuring compliance in administrative and project tasks.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in pharmaceutical market research is highly desirable.
• Ability to work 3pm to 12am PST.
