What you will do

• Manage diaries, schedules, and fieldwork logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and execute administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, and compliance forms.
• Set up and perform quality control on project materials such as analysis plans and report templates.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Senior Operations Executive to ensure accurate task completion.
• Utilize project management software to track and streamline project workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative or coordination position.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability to work from 3pm to 12am PST.
