International Policy Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide analytical support on international and NATO ICAM standards, agreements, and policies.
• Lead engagement efforts with foreign mission partners and international standards organizations.
• Analyze and interpret international policies and technical standards to assess impacts on DoW ICAM architecture and security posture.
• Develop strategic recommendations for integrating international best practices into DoW ICAM policy and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal DoW stakeholders and technical subject matter experts.
• Support the development of briefing materials, position papers, and policy documentation for senior-level engagements with international partners.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field or four (4) years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
• 10 years of professional experience.
• 7 years of experience supporting Federal or DoW ICAM initiatives, particularly in policy, governance, or international engagement roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with international partners or standards organizations such as NATO or Five Eyes.
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of DoW and Intelligence Community (IC) ICAM standards, directives, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in international relations, Public Policy, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and negotiating Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or other international agreements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
