What you will do

• Manage the quality of speech, language, and other data across acquisition, sourcing, and processing stages.
• Clean, analyze, and select datasets to achieve specific model goals.
• Build and test models designed to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and business managers.
• Present data-backed proposals and results with actionable conclusions.
• Develop efficient data querying infrastructure for both online and offline use cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.
• Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA)

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux environments.
• Background in professional software development.
