What you will do
- Prototype and design new features for the voice interface platform.
- Build and maintain infrastructure to support sub-500ms LLM inference at scale.
- Scale speech model personalization through fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to rethink human-computer interaction.
- Maintain high code velocity while ensuring system reliability for millions of users.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
- Proven founding or startup experience.
- Strong experience optimizing ML inference or engineering systems for research teams.
- Fluency in Python and LLM development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and clarity of thought.
