What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end features, including backend services, APIs, and customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Build scalable, high-performance systems across the stack following industry best practices with minimal supervision.
• Identify and mitigate root causes of complex problems related to system performance, scale, and stability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Utilize LLM coding tools and advanced prompting techniques to ensure high-quality production code.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of coding standards and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience building production software systems.
• Experience developing full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Palo Alto, CA headquarters.
• Proficiency in using AI/LLM coding tools and prompting techniques.
