What you will do

• Promote and sell tickets using self-directed local marketing tactics to strengthen the brand in the local community.
• Develop and execute a city-wide strategy, including monthly show volume, neighborhood selection, and theme ideas.
• Curate and book high-quality, diverse artists and unique venues to grow local networks.
• Manage event staffing and quality control to ensure high-standard hospitality and guest experiences.
• Oversee financial performance and ensure the profitability and health of every event.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive sponsorships and private event sales.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vienna, Austria.
• 3-5 years of experience in live event curation, production, and promotions.
• Proven track record of selling event sponsorships or marketing activations.
• Deep connections to the local cultural scene and ability to build community around it.
• Confidence in pitching concepts and closing partnership deals with local businesses.
• Exceptional time management and ability to work autonomously.
