What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, and vendors to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain standard and custom financial reports and dashboards using Workday tools like Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Worksheets, and Prism.
• Work with finance, accounting, and operational teams to translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of operational and financial data in Workday reports.
• Design and recommend optimized system and process solutions in partnership with Product Owners.
• Manage implementation of process and technology changes, upgrades, and support system lifecycle including monitoring and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Three+ years of job-related experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Worksheets.
• Experience with Workday business process or system design/implementation.

Nice to have

• System lifecycle management.
• Experience with shared Workday HCM environment.
• Workday certifications or experience with other Workday products.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
