What you will do

• Generate and prioritize hypotheses to improve conversion and ARPU of quiz funnels.
• Own end-to-end funnel experiments from planning and launching to A/B test analysis.
• Develop deep product insights using analytics, user feedback, and competitor research.
• Build tailored end-to-end experiences for different audiences and traffic sources.
• Partner with design, engineering, and analytics teams to ship funnel improvements.
• Create innovative funnel concepts based on emerging health and fitness trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product, Product Marketing, or CRO/Experimentation roles.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing methods and experimentation.
• Solid knowledge of UX and user research.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product data.
• English proficiency B2+.
• Must be based in Latin America.
