What you will do
- Lead webinar-led onboarding sessions for groups of customers to configure and explore key features.
- Provide reactive 1:1 support to unblock customers on setup and best practices.
- Monitor customer portfolio health using dashboards and proactively reach out with solutions.
- Support Account Managers with technical clarity on product workflows.
- Coordinate escalations across Support, Product, and AM teams for resolutions.
- Share insights to improve onboarding playbooks, help articles, and automated journeys.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in customer-facing SaaS role such as Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, Solution Engineering, or Implementation.
- Experience with regular customer interactions via meetings, training, webinars, or support.
- Comfort managing multiple customers using structured playbooks and processes.
- Confident presenting and facilitating video sessions professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, customer success platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Strong communication to explain technical ideas simply, execution discipline, technical curiosity, data fluency, commercial mindset, and collaborative spirit.

- Experience with API integration and webhooks.
