What you will do

• Lead research on audio-visual generation for Neural Avatars and Talking-Heads in conversational settings.
• Design models that synchronize verbal and non-verbal signals with conversation flow.
• Drive innovation in diffusion models, long-video generation, and audio-visual modeling.
• Partner with Applied ML and engineering to translate research into production.
• Mentor other researchers and set strategic research directions.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent research experience with 2–3+ years applying generative models at scale.
• Expertise in diffusion models and multimodal generation spanning video, audio, and language.
• Proven track record of innovation in long-video or audio generation.
• Fluency in PyTorch and GPU-optimized workflows.
• History of publications in top-tier venues like CVPR, NeurIPS, BMVC, or ICASSP.
• Experience leading research activities or mentoring teams.

Nice to have

• Skills in 3D graphics, Gaussian splatting, or large-scale training setups.
• Broad exposure to generative AI models beyond primary specialty.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
