What you will do

  • Own a named-account territory, driving CEO and broader c-suite engagement.
  • Manage accounts as a business, sequencing by readiness and managing capacity across tiers.
  • Architect each deal end-to-end, including discovery, vision pitch, scope, ROI, governance, security, and procurement.
  • Multi-thread with multiple executive champions to clear the path and accelerate deals.
  • Partner with clinical, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • 15+ years selling enterprise software, services, or transformation engagements to health systems, with at least one role at a sub-500-person company.
  • Experience personally closing $1M+ enterprise deals at health systems and consistent top tier performance.
  • Proven ability to build an ROI model that withstands CFO and CMO reviews.
  • Healthcare fluency to engage with CFOs, CMOs, and CIOs.
  • Track record of selling into novel categories without existing budget lines.
  • Trusted relationships with health system CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and CDOs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
