What you will do
- Support the rollout of career development programs and initiatives to help employees navigate growth.
- Assist in the communication and execution of performance review cycles and process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end engagement survey campaigns, including launch, monitoring, and result analysis.
- Run DEI initiatives and facilitate Employee Resource Groups to embed core values.
- Handle HR tool management and translate data insights into concrete recommendations.
- Coordinate talent-related internal events from scoping and logistics to facilitation.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree with a valid apprenticeship agreement.
- Previous experience in HR, talent, recruitment, learning, or project management.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously with an analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in writing and presenting in English.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in DEI (unconscious bias, inclusive practices) and talent development.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including HRIS and collaborative suites.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
- Experience facilitating workshops or group discussions.
