What you will do

• Inspire, drive, and grow a team of iOS engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Foster cohesion and collaboration across a team distributed in different product squads.
• Act as the engineering leader of a product squad, partnering with the Product Manager to co-define objectives.
• Own the technical execution within your squad: manage timelines, handle dependencies, and escalate risks.
• Drive team culture and rituals, ensuring participation, continuous improvement, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with your Engineering Manager and the iOS Community of Practice to shape hirify.global's iOS technical vision.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of software engineers.
• Ability to build trust, create psychological safety, and maintain team cohesion.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers in a cross-functional setup.
• Solid iOS development background.
• Familiar with mobile engineering best practices, architecture patterns, and code quality standards.
• Transparent communicator who fosters open, honest conversations and collaboration.
