TL;DR
Field Engineer (AI): Supporting the integration of 's code intelligence platform into complex enterprise SDLCs with an accent on AI coding tools and large-scale migrations. Focus on designing technical solutions for Fortune 500 customers, optimizing LLM deployments, and bridging the gap between customer needs and product engineering.
Location: Remote (Global). Working hours must overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) for at least 30 hours/week.
Salary: $72,000 – $144,000 (depending on location zone)

What you will do
- Lead technical success for Fortune 500 customers by troubleshooting challenging issues and designing custom solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and CSM teams to understand customer use cases and drive product adoption.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Educate technical admins on best practices for configuring and maintaining environments.
- Develop technical content in collaboration with Marketing based on real-world customer findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role with a deep understanding of the end-to-end SDLC.
- Strong scripting abilities across various languages and frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale migrations, code modernizations, or platform upgrades.
- Proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-native architectures.
- Must be able to overlap working hours with PST for at least 30 hours/week.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
- Background in DevRel, DevEx, or as a Developer Advocate.
