TL;DR

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid: minimum 3 days in the office

What you will do

  • Lead negotiation, drafting, and review of international customer, supplier, and partner agreements, including DPAs and NDAs.
  • Act as the primary and sole internal legal advisor to leadership, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, and other technology/privacy regulations.
  • Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademark portfolio management and brand protection.
  • Develop and maintain scalable legal templates and internal guidelines to improve company processes.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory developments in the SaaS, data, and AI domains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of legal experience as in-house counsel or at a top-tier law firm, preferably in media or technology.
  • Strong expertise in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts.
  • Law degree (Swedish law degree or equivalent with relevant Swedish legal experience preferred).
  • Fluent English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to automate and optimize legal workflows.
  • Must be able to work from the Stockholm office (3:2 hybrid split).
