What you will do

• Partner with Partnerships, Marketing, Growth, and Product teams on IP-driven commercial initiatives.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of licensing, partnership, brand, and marketing agreements.
• Advise on IP risk allocation, usage rights, ownership, and contractual protections in customer and partner agreements.
• Manage trademark and domain portfolios, coordinate registrations, and support IP-related disputes and litigation.
• Develop and maintain IP and licensing templates and playbooks to standardize negotiations and improve execution speed.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, and qualified to practice in that country.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• 4-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP, content licensing, and commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in AI and the potential of technology to transform the legal industry.
