Compensation: $198K – $268K OTE

What you will do

• Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training to help legal teams maximize platform value.
• Design and evaluate use cases for AI application in contract review, research, and drafting.
• Capture user insights and translate them into actionable feedback for product improvements.
• Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks for deploying legal AI at scale.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston (On-site).
• Completed J.D. preferred; legal or legal innovation experience (e.g., paralegal, clerk) required.
• 0-2 years of experience (Trainee/paralegal level).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and a strong eagerness to experiment with AI features.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between lawyers and technologists.
• Analytical mindset capable of evaluating AI outputs for precision and accuracy.
