Tactical Data Link (TDL) Test & Evaluation Analyst (Defense): Testing TDL interfaces for standards compliance and interoperability certification with an accent on MIL-STD and NATO STANAG compliance. Location: On-site at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Must have Secret Clearance to start.

What you will do

• Test TDL interfaces for message set standards compliance and interoperability certification.
• Update Master Test Procedures (MTPs) using Military Standards (MIL-STD) and NATO STANAG.
• Develop standards conformance and interoperability test procedures based on system requirements.
• Execute tests and perform post-test analysis using industry-standard analysis tools.
• Research system under test (SUT) data link bit level implementation to determine test areas.
• Prepare and deliver preliminary trouble reports and final test reports.

Requirements

• 8 years of specialized or military experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required to start.
• At least one certification in the area of specialization (e.g., Sec+, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL, or CTEP).
• Demonstrated experience executing TDL standards conformance tests (MIL-STDs 6011, 6016, 6020, and 6022).
• Familiarity with Department of War (DoW) operations, RF/IT systems, and software.
• Strong communication skills for documenting complex software developer-level issues.

Nice to have

• Prior Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) qualification.
• Experience with DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing.
• Experience with tools such as JANETT, TIGER, ADSI, BOSS, NSITE, ATC-Gen, and STT.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
