Salary: $127,500 - $147,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and define product KPIs that correlate directly to business growth.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for multiple products, optimizing release cycles to decrease time-to-market.
• Ensure all product features and functions adhere to pertinent regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Engineering leads to drive technical discovery and assess architectural feasibility.
• Mentor other Product Managers on writing high-quality epics and user stories.
• Build hirify.global across diverse stakeholder groups to drive alignment across departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of product management experience in software development.
• Ability to achieve and maintain FedRamp/U.S. Government security clearance.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in serving government or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools for productivity and defining AI-driven features.
• Expert knowledge of Jira, Slack, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Product Management serving government entities.
• Accredited Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Product Development).
