What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and key stakeholders for real property rights.
• Negotiate the acquisition of easements, leases, fee property, and permits.
• Perform public record searches to determine land ownership and title chains.
• Analyze local land values to develop acquisition offer ranges.
• Coordinate with government and agency officials to represent client interests.
• Document all landowner communications and track project milestones using Microsoft Office and data entry platforms.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and at least 2 years of land services experience in the energy industry.
• Active Minnesota real estate license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Ability to work in both office and field environments with a willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mapping platforms like Google Earth.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital projects and transmission line infrastructure.
• Experience in title research.
