Junior Interior Designer (3 Month Summer Contract)

What you will do

• Assist through full interior design lifecycle from concept to site support
• Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and details in Autodesk Revit per BIM standards
• Prepare drawings, schedules, mood boards, and FF&E sheets
• Conduct material/finish research and coordinate with ARC/STR/MEP teams
• Prepare submission packages, presentations, and maintain project files in CDE
• Track learning goals, attend trainings, and support site observations

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture
• Academic experience with interior layouts, FF&E, and Revit documentation
• Strong portfolio with Revit-based Interior Design projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; AutoCAD knowledge; BIM/LOD basics
• Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; SketchUp/Rhino/3DS Max bonus
• Comfortable with feedback and iterative reviews
