What you will do

• Participate in annual compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW) and analyze results to assess market competitiveness.
• Calculate and track variable compensation payments, including SIP payouts and Brazil Profit Sharing (PLR).
• Support the review and update of country-specific salary structures aligned with market data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to optimize compensation and benefits programs.
• Review and track headcount data to support workforce planning and personnel cost analysis.
• Conduct internal equity analyses and job evaluations to ensure consistency and fairness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Actuary, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of extensive experience in managing Compensation and Benefits (C&B).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts.
• Experience working with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
