What you will do

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads for platforms like TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Create multiple creative variations for testing hooks, angles, pacing, and structure.
• Optimize video structure to improve hook rate, retention, CTR, and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists to develop high-performing ad concepts.
• Translate performance insights into creative execution improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative output and increase production speed.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing performance-based ads for paid social.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles.
• Knowledge of key performance metrics such as hook rate, retention rate, and CTR.
• Ability to produce high-volume creatives quickly without sacrificing performance quality.
• Experience editing for TikTok and Meta ad formats.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention retention in short-form video.
