What you will do

• Deliver high-quality final video assets for social channels and website, meeting technical and creative specs.
• Apply creative approach to video campaigns, ensuring captivating, on-brand edits.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver strong narratives within footage constraints.
• Seek feedback from Creative Lead and stakeholders to align with vision.
• Maintain video asset library by organizing and archiving files.
• Review and provide feedback on team edits, guide editors through challenges.

Requirements

• Expert in post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve for editing, sound, colour correction.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, rhythm, creative treatments, music/sound experimentation.
• Highly organized, manage multiple projects, prioritize by urgency, seek performance data.
• Team player, share feedback, workflows, invested in shared success.
