What you will do

  • Deliver consistent volume of high-quality video assets for social channels and website, meeting technical and creative specs.
  • Apply creative approach to video campaigns, ensuring captivating and on-brand edits.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with files or software to deliver strong narratives.
  • Seek constructive feedback from Creative Lead and stakeholders to align with vision.
  • Maintain video asset library by organizing, naming, and archiving files for team access.

Requirements

  • Expert in professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for engaging content.
  • Strong storytelling skills, creative treatments, music/sound experimentation for emotional impact.
  • Highly organized, manage editing schedule, prioritize projects, meet milestones.
  • Self-aware, communicate needs for training/support, use performance data for improvement.
  • Team player, share feedback, workflows, invested in collective success.

Nice to have

  • Motion Design skills.
