Location: Based in our office in Dubai, hybrid remote work, willing to travel regularly to visit customers

What you will do

• Deliver technology services including deployments, configurations, upgrades, maintenance across product lifecycle
• Lead planning, installation, and integration of solutions in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments
• Provide advanced professional services like customization, integration, troubleshooting in customer environments
• Maintain customer relationships, increase adoption, ensure retention and satisfaction as strategic advisor
• Work with engineering to resolve issues, drive post-sales satisfaction, improve offerings based on customer needs
• Organize technical documentation and knowledge transfer to partners and customers

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on technical experience integrating products (APIs, Kubernetes, networks) in complex environments; financial services a plus
• Proven experience as Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager increasing customer satisfaction
• Experience with corporate IT: virtualization, VDI, backup, application management
• DevOps processes: builds, testing, releases, lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell)
• Database management (SQL), software development (Go, Java, Python preferred)
• Impeccable communication skills, eager to learn, results-oriented
• Willing to travel regularly
