What you will do

  • Maintain and scale a robust CI/CD framework to streamline software deployment and operations.
  • Build and manage health and performance monitoring systems to ensure always-available services.
  • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Java applications and GPU workloads, including model deployment and inference serving.
  • Mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of individual ownership and impact.
  • Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain deployment-specific support documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
  • Proven expertise in developing CI/CD pipelines and Linux/Unix administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
  • Proficiency in scripting, Git workflows, and SQL/MySQL.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

  • Experience with RedHat OpenShift stack.
  • Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, or LDAP.
  • A highly detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
