IT Technician (Fintech)

TL;DR

IT Technician (Fintech): Provide IT support and manage end-user systems and corporate IT infrastructure for a digital asset platform with an accent on workstation administration, incident management, and access rights. Focus on maintaining Linux/Mac/Windows environments, Azure services, and security best practices in a banking context.

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland (hybrid). Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich offices required.

What you will do

• Deploy and manage end-user hardware/software, handle equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Identify, record, investigate, and prioritize end-user incidents and requests.
• Support IT tasks for offices in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich.
• Administer, maintain, and improve corporate applications and IT infrastructure (local network, printers, devices).
• Manage access rights and ensure security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Proven experience administrating Linux, Mac, and Windows workstations
• Experience with Azure administration (Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows Defender)
• Proficient in English and good knowledge of French
• Resident in Switzerland

Nice to have

• Knowledge (incl. development) of Salesforce
• Knowledge of Python scripting
• Go programming language
