What you will do

  • Manage core banking applications and provide 2nd-level support to resolve incidents within SLAs.
  • Coordinate communication between incident managers, service owners, and various IT/Agile teams.
  • Administer change requests and ensure the proper execution of application-related processes.
  • Participate in periodic release activities, including weekend deployments.
  • Drive process optimization and automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Support batch job scheduling and monitoring using tools like Automic AWA or Control-M.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in application support or system administration in complex IT environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Java-based application servers and relational databases.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience within the banking or financial services sector.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Automic AWA or Control-M workload automation tools.
  • Shell scripting skills.
