What you will do
- Ensure the operation of core banking applications through 2nd level support.
- Process incident tickets from monitoring systems and the service desk within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate communication between incident managers, service owners, and IT/Business stakeholders.
- Perform periodic on-call duties and participate in weekend release cycles.
- Optimize and automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update application operation documentation and knowledge databases.
Requirements
- Completed IT education or degree in Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in T24 support.
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot daily operations including end-of-day processing.
- Proficiency in operational tools such as JBoss, Oracle, TAFJ, DSF, Octopus, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- Strong Linux knowledge and understanding of ITIL Foundation.
- Proven experience in the banking sector with knowledge of financial products.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the TPH module.
- Experience with shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Java application servers and AWA scheduler.
- German language skills.
