What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise industrial automation projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses for new projects.
• Implement and monitor quality and safety control systems including regulatory standards and environmental licenses.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Control and Automation Engineering or related areas.
• Proven experience in managing industrial automation projects for electrical cable production machines.
• Knowledge of industrial automation (PLCs, sensors, actuators, inverters, motors), Industry 4.0 (PLC networks, databases), electrical cabinets, and MV substations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

Nice to have

• Mechanical Engineering: structural calculations, materials, air conditioning, lubrication, and machine maintenance.
• Civil engineering: management of civil works including soil drilling, foundations, concrete, metallic structures, and roofing.
