What you will do

• Set technical direction and own multi-quarter architecture roadmap for agentic data foundations powering hirify.global's agentic experiences.
• Architect, prototype, and ship scalable systems handling hundreds of millions of agent interactions with high availability and low latency.
• Drive cross-organization execution on complex multi-team initiatives across Agentic AI and Platform teams.
• Communicate complex trade-offs and insights to engineering peers, product partners, Directors, and VPs.
• Mentor senior technical talent and shape engineering culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years building, scaling, and operating large-scale data and ML infrastructure; 1-2 recent years shipping agent-based or LLM systems; 3+ years as technical leader across organizations
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI: orchestration, tool use, memory, context engineering, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Platform engineering in distributed systems, operational excellence, and massive scale under tight SLOs.
• Expert Python; agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Agents SDK, AutoGen); data processing (Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Temporal); vector stores; AWS.
• Cross-organization leadership, influence, and clear communication of technical direction.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in CS, ML, or related field focused on distributed systems and AI.
• Experience building data platforms for agentic or real-time AI applications.
• Working with regulated, private, or sensitive data at scale.
• Designing evaluation, tracing, or safety frameworks for LLM production systems.
