TL;DR
Cloud DevOps Team Leader (Multi-cloud/Cybersecurity): Leading the design, deployment, and optimization of secure cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product with an accent on multi-cloud strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Focus on implementing complex networking, driving Infrastructure as Code adoption, and ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance frameworks.
Location: Onsite (primarily work from an HPE office)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across design, automation, deployment, and operations.
- Architect and maintain secure, highly available multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Design complex cloud networking infrastructure, including VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewall rules.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm, while optimizing CI/CD pipelines via Argo CD.
- Oversee production monitoring, incident response, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity governance and compliance standards such as SOC2 and ISO27001.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including proven leadership experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in live production environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud networking design (advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing).
- Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash scripting, and Argo CD.
- Solid understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms in cybersecurity or critical systems.
