TL;DR
Cloud DevOps Team Leader (Cybersecurity SaaS): Leading the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective multi-cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product with an accent on cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code, security, and production reliability. Focus on architecting AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, optimizing Terraform and Kubernetes automation, leading incident response, and controlling cloud costs.
Location: Onsite, with an expectation of primarily working from an HPE office

What you will do
- Lead and mentor DevOps engineers across infrastructure design, automation, deployment, and operations.
- Architect and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Design advanced cloud networking, including VPCs, routing, VPNs, peering, load balancers, and firewall rules across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD.
- Lead production monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and reliability practices.
- Partner with engineering, product, and security teams on cloud governance, cost optimization, compliance, and technical direction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including leadership experience.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Deep expertise in cloud networking design, including advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing, and firewall rules.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python or Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Experience leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms in cybersecurity or other critical systems.
