Cloud DevOps Team Leader (Cybersecurity SaaS)

Location: Onsite in Tel Aviv, Israel, with an expectation of primarily working from an HPE office.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team across cloud infrastructure design, automation, deployment, and operations.
• Architect and maintain secure, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and implement complex cloud networking across multi-cloud and hybrid environments, including VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewall rules.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD.
• Lead production monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and resilience practices.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security teams on cybersecurity, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including leadership experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in live production environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud networking design, including advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing, and firewall rules.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python or Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines; Argo CD is preferred.
• Solid understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms in cybersecurity or critical systems.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
