What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments using rigorous methods like power analysis and causal inference.
• Develop and maintain the reporting backbone, including dashboards and self-serve tooling for executive stakeholders.
• Break down revenue and margin performance into key drivers to identify growth opportunities and leakage.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure core data models and pipelines support segment-specific analytics.
• Support Strategic Finance with driver-based revenue forecasting to connect operational signals to financial outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, or quantitative business roles.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference with a proven track record of shipping tests that influenced business decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with the ability to work autonomously in large, imperfect datasets.
• Executive-grade communication skills to explain complex metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, or healthcare businesses at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with FP&A or strategic finance teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, agents) in analytics workflows.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience mentoring or managing analysts.
