What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and board-level stakeholders at top strategic accounts across EMEA.
• Guide customers through insider risk strategy, AI agent risk, and enterprise risk frameworks to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Represent the company at major EMEA security conferences (GISEC, GITEX, Black Hat MEA) and author industry research on human risk.
• Partner with sales to shorten cycles in regulated sectors such as FSI, telco, and government through advisory credibility.
• Feed structured customer insights back to product and engineering teams to improve human risk and AI governance capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise information security leadership, including at least 3 years as a CISO, VP of Security, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or cybersecurity (Master’s preferred).
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, GCEIT, or GIAC.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite and board audiences with credibility.
• Prior exposure to multiple EMEA sub-regions with genuine cross-cultural fluency.
