What you will do
- Lead and supervise a team of contractor security professionals implementing the RMF lifecycle for FBI IT systems.
- Oversee system categorization and the selection, tailoring, and documentation of security controls.
- Manage the implementation of technical, operational, and management controls throughout system lifecycles.
- Plan and execute comprehensive security control assessments to validate safeguard effectiveness.
- Prepare risk management documentation for system authorization and executive decision-making.
- Act as a principal technical advisor on cybersecurity, risk analysis, and incident response.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- 8+ years of experience in secure design, analysis, and testing of information security systems.
- 8+ years of experience implementing and documenting baseline security safeguards.
- 8+ years of experience creating security test plans to detect and mitigate risk.
- CISSP or CEH certification.
Nice to have
- Active Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with NIST SP 800-37 Revision 2 and other federal security guidelines.
- Previous experience supporting the Department of Justice (DOJ) or FBI.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, and DataBricks.
