What you will do

• Provide corporate tax advisory services to multi-national businesses, focusing on transaction support and structuring.
• Manage and lead client portfolios specifically within the Life Sciences sector.
• Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and the preparation of R&D claims.
• Advise on innovation incentives, including Patent Box across various sectors.
• Work with the Senior Management Team to mitigate tax risk and minimize costs for clients.

Requirements

• ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience (PQE) in managing and leading client portfolios.
• Expertise in corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, and international or middle market advisory.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working within a large tax consultancy firm.
• Specific experience with R&D tax credits.
