What you will do

• Contribute to the implementation of automated data flows within the Supply Chain.
• Assist in project management for strategic optimization initiatives across Supply Chain Operations.
• Support partner onboarding for the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interface and monitor existing flows via Scayle.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders/suppliers.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) within reporting dashboards.
• Manage data conversion system adjustments and create process documentation.

Requirements

• Precision in mapping material data and spotting discrepancies in supplier files.
• Ability to communicate technical data requirements and standards to external suppliers.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot EDI errors and track missing product information.
• Skill in using Gemini to automate and improve data workflows.
• Very good German skills and good English skills (writing and speaking).
• Ability to maintain structure and focus while handling large, messy datasets.
