Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Tel Aviv, Israel, with an office in Midtown near the light rail and train station.

What you will do

• Define, coordinate, and oversee the technical delivery of mobility initiatives across the global platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams to define requirements, manage schedules, and track milestones.
• Own project scope, planning, dependencies, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution.
• Identify risks and troubleshoot delivery challenges while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Align technical delivery with business goals and measurable product outcomes.
• Use AI tools to automate status reporting, risk and delay detection, and project workflows; drive delivery process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in technical project management or program management, including delivery of complex software projects.
• Strong proficiency with software project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work and improving delivery automation.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and goals to prioritize work and track success.
• Strong execution, attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot in real time, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strategic oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, product, engineering, and management.
